EV Engineering & Development
Anthread Engineering supports electric vehicle development from concept through prototype engineering. Based in Karachi, Pakistan, the team brings mechanical design, vehicle packaging and practical manufacturing considerations together for development projects.
Vehicle architecture and packaging
The enclosed personal EV project covers chassis architecture and body structure. These decisions connect the vehicle layout to occupant space, component interfaces and the requirements of building a prototype.
Battery and drive-system integration
Existing work includes LiFePO4 battery integration in a personal EV and hub-motor integration in an e-bike conversion. Battery enclosure packaging, motor mounting and interfaces are considered within the agreed vehicle scope.
Prototype assembly and tooling
The vehicle tooling project documents jig layout, fixture design and fabrication oversight for body assembly and dimensional control. It provides a practical link between vehicle design and prototype manufacture.
Define the vehicle development brief
Share the vehicle concept, intended use, packaging constraints, existing CAD, selected components and development stage. Identify required tests and approvals early; the portfolio does not establish homologation, certified battery safety or production readiness.

What to expect
What EV experience is documented?
The portfolio includes an enclosed personal electric vehicle, a bicycle-to-e-bike conversion and tooling for prototype vehicle assembly. Each project page identifies its own engineering scope.
Can a project include more than mechanical design?
The product-development service includes electrical architecture, embedded systems and integration where required. The exact work and responsibilities are agreed for each project.
