Information we collect
We collect personal information you choose to provide when submitting an enquiry, placing a ForgeGrid BILD order, or otherwise contacting us. This may include your name, email address, contact number, city or area, occupation or field of work, requested quantity, and the content of your enquiry or order. Cloudflare Turnstile and hosting infrastructure may also process technical and security information, such as request, device and IP-related information, to operate and protect the website.
Website analytics
With your analytics consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used and improve it. Google Analytics may process pages viewed, approximate geographic location derived from network information, browser and device information, referring source, and site interaction or usage information. We do not configure Google Analytics to provide us with directly identifying information about visitors.
The site does not load Google Analytics before you allow it. Our site analytics code removes URL query strings and fragments from page locations and records the contact method and page path for contact clicks, plus the source page and service name for service enquiry-button clicks, without the contact address, message or form contents. Your preference is stored in this browser under anthread_analytics_consent_v1 until you change it or clear browser storage.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss projects and quotations, receive and process ForgeGrid orders, communicate about and coordinate orders, prevent spam or abuse, maintain business and order records, operate and secure the website, understand site usage where analytics is allowed, and meet applicable legal obligations. Anthread Engineering does not sell personal information.
Service providers
Our website uses hosting infrastructure, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot prevention, Google Fonts for font delivery, Google Analytics where you allow analytics, and Google Apps Script to transmit ForgeGrid order submissions and notify Anthread. These providers may process information needed to provide their services under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention, international visitors and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes collected, business records, and applicable legal obligations. Visitors may access this site from other countries, and service providers may process information in other jurisdictions. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or ask questions about personal information by contacting contact@anthread.com. You can change your analytics choice using the Analytics preferences link in the site footer.
Children
Commercial enquiry services are not intended for children to submit personal information without appropriate parental or guardian involvement where required by applicable law.
