Submitting the ForgeGrid BILD form sends an order request to Anthread Engineering. It records your requested quantity and contact details so that Anthread can contact you to confirm the order and next steps.
Submitting an order request does not itself confirm payment, delivery, stock allocation, shipping terms or a binding sale. Any applicable commercial terms will be confirmed separately by Anthread.
2. Payment and fulfilment
This website does not process payment. Payment arrangements and order-specific commercial terms will be discussed and confirmed separately before fulfilment. Submitting an order request does not itself confirm payment or fulfilment.
3. Confirmation and fulfilment
An order ID confirms that the website received your request. Anthread will use the contact details supplied to confirm the order and next steps. Do not rely on an order ID as confirmation that an order has been paid, dispatched or delivered.
4. Product information
Website product information is provided for general information. Product information, commercial arrangements and any instructions supplied with a product should be reviewed before use. Nothing on this website creates an engineering engagement or replaces product-specific documentation supplied by Anthread.
5. Personal information
Anthread processes the information submitted with an order request to receive, communicate about and maintain records of the request, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
6. General terms
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, subject to mandatory rights that may apply under another jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anthread does not make warranties beyond those expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
