Custom Carbon Fibre Parts
Anthread Engineering designs and manufactures custom carbon fibre parts in Karachi, Pakistan, for prototype, low-volume and project-specific applications. Component geometry, tooling and composite construction are considered together, with support for customers in Pakistan and internationally.
Engineering the component
A useful brief starts with what the component must do: its interfaces, packaging limits, load cases and operating environment. These inputs guide structural development and the choice of a practical manufacturing approach.
From tooling to fabrication
Composite development can include surface modelling, tooling, engineering simulation and fabrication. The published fibershell project documents surface modelling, tooling and resin-infusion manufacture; the intake manifold documents a different hybrid construction. The process for a new part is agreed around its requirements.
Parts, laminates and sandwich structures
A finished component, a solid laminate sheet and a sandwich panel address different needs. Anthread’s selected work includes all three. Specify whether you need a shaped part or panel stock, plus any holes, attachment features or assembly interfaces.
Prepare a component enquiry
Share a drawing or CAD model if available, overall dimensions, intended use, quantity, mating components and target schedule. Include any required inspection or testing in the brief so the scope can be discussed before fabrication.
What to expect
Can you work from an early concept?
The broader product-development service covers early concepts and engineering. For a composite part, share the function and available geometry so the required design and tooling scope can be discussed.
Are material grades and performance fixed?
No standard grade, layup, strength or certification is promised on this page. Material selection, construction and any verification requirements must be agreed for the individual application.
Discuss your engineering requirements
Tell us the application, development stage and constraints. We will discuss the scope with you.
